Get Active: An Exploration of Non-traditional Activities
What do swimming, ziplining, climbing, skiing, go-kart racing, and ninja courses have in common? They are all activities that challenge your body, mind, and confidence while giving you a chance to try something new! Join us for a week of exploring a variety of active and adventurous experiences, both on and off campus. We’ll test our skills in the pool, tackle an edge zipline and climbing challenge course, take on a ninja course, race go-karts, and hit the slopes with indoor skiing and snowboarding. We’ll also visit Activate, where teamwork, quick thinking, and physical challenges come together in a completely different way. Depending on the schedule, we may even add bowling or some time at a trampoline park.
No prior experience is necessary; just bring a willingness to try new things, challenge yourself, and have fun! Along the way, we’ll explore how different activities challenge us physically and mentally, and discover new ways to get active and enjoy movement.
