Do Good, Feel Good
Get ready for a week of giving back, trying new things, and taking care of yourself along the way! We’ll volunteer at an animal farm, get our hands dirty with nature restoration, sort donations at a food bank, and bake delicious treats for the fire department. Along the way, we’ll discover that making a difference can be meaningful, messy, creative, and a lot of fun.
We’ll also make time to focus on our own well-being. Try a yoga class, create artwork, get outside for a hike, visit an ashram retreat center, and learn how to cook healthy and delicious food. Through service, creativity, movement, mindfulness, and time together, we’ll explore the many ways we can care for ourselves while caring for the people and places around us.
Do Good, Feel Good is all about finding the connection between giving back and feeling good. Come ready to get involved, try something new, and leave the week with a few new skills, new perspectives, and a whole lot of good memories
